This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, and they even upgraded my room at no extra cost. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and the free wifi was a bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a few minutes away by car. the area has various shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get a quick bite to eat. the rooms are average, and the bathrooms are basic but clean.
The breakfast options were limited, and the staff seemed disinterested in serving guests.

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, going above and beyond to assist us with orientation, taxis, and local communication. The customer service was fantastic from both the reception and restaurant staff. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The rooftop view was amazing, with three golden pagodas visible and the city's greenery on display. The hotel also had flexible reservation options, making it easy to change or cancel dates.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Stayed here during New Year's holiday. The breakfast and housekeeping were satisfactory. The hotel is located in the city center and close to the airport, which makes it convenient for travelers. The rooftop bar provided a breathtaking view of the city, making it great for relaxing.
The staff was not accommodating and not hospitable. A noisy construction site beside the hotel prevented us from sleeping.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly patient and helpful with getting us oriented in the city, organizing transportation, and providing great customer service. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the airport and a short ride away from downtown. The rooms were clean and the facilities were top-notch, including a great rooftop view of the city and its greenery. we would highly recommend this hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. I had reserved a room with a city view, but unfortunately, there were no views. However, the staff happily upgraded me to a room with a better view at no additional cost. The hotel also had good facilities, including free WiFi, and the rooms were comfortable with two beds.
All was fine.
